Our pricing is very competitive and we book based on time. For the full set up with LED enclosure, effects, music, unlimited spins, our regular pricing starts at $649 and goes up to $1099. Please reach out to us for a custom quote to take advantage of any specials or deals we have going on.
No. We arrive early before the event to set up. If you book a 3 hour event. We will be operating for 3 hrs. Delivery, set up, operation and tear down is all included in your price.
Yes. Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel within 60 days of your event. If you cancel within 30 days of your event 50% of your deposit is retained. If you cancel within 2 weeks, we keep your deposit as we are unable to book that date again.
We take deposits as most events are planned well in advance. Your deposit secures your date so nobody else can book that day.
Yes, we will email a link to a full and complete gallery of all video clips taken at your event. Depending what day your event is on, please allow 24-48 hours after your event for the link to be emailed over.
All of our events are hosted for a minimum 1 year. If you have lost your gallery's link. Email us and we will gladly resend.
